Dispatch Days

We Ship Monday to Thursday, we are do not ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday

 

Shipping within New Zealand

Our goods are generally sent via CourierPost. If your address is Rural you must select Rural Delivery or you will recieve a $5.00 rural delivery fee.
We reserve the right to send all goods via NZ Post if the postage paid is not sufficient to cover the Courierpost fees.

Small Items (such as standard movements, inserts, numbers - small items)

  • 1 to 12 (Small Bag) - $5.00
  • 13 to 25 (Large Bag/Box) - $10.00
  • 26+ (Courier Ticket based on Location) - see below
     

Medium Items (such as Pendulum Movements and Frames, Clock Cases - medium items)

  • 1 to 8 (Small Bag) - $5.00
  • 9 to 16 (Large Bag/Box) - $10.00
  • 17+ (Courier Ticket based on Location) - see below
     

large Items (such as Wooden Boards and Kits, High Torque H1 & H3 hands - large items)

  • 1 to 2 (Large Bag/Box) - $10.00
  • 3+ (Courier Ticket based on Location) - see below
     

Courier Tickets (such as Wooden Boards and Kits, High Torque H1 & H3 hands - large items)

  • Local Towns - within 150km to Hamilton - $10.00
  • North Island - outside of 150km - $14.00
  • South Island - $17.00
     

All shipping esitmates above are a guideline only. An order with a mixture of mixed size items will be adjusted accordingly. All prices include GST

Rural Addresses

  • Small Order (Small Bag or Ticket) via NZ Post - $5.00
  • Medium Order (Large Bag or Ticket) via NZ Post - $10.00
  • Large Order (all Courier Tickets) - Shipping rates as per regional rates above plus rural charge of $3.00
     

We offer a $5.00 NZ Post option on all small orders that fit into a small bag, and a $10.00 NZ Post option for all orders that fit into a large bag/box. All larger rural orders inncur a $3.00 Rural delivery charge. If your address is rural and you do not select that option when checking out, you will receive a $5.00 bill to cover the Rural Charge and Admin Fees. All prices include GST

International Shipping

Australia (below is a guidence based on small items only, medium and large items will increase these amounts)

  • 1 to 12 units - $9.00
  • 13 to 25 units - $13.00
  • 26 to 50 units - $18.00
  • Larger orders will require a writen quote, so please contact us before you checkout to ensure there are no extrsa shipping charges
     

World Wide (below is a guidence based on small items only, medium and large items will increase these amounts)

  • 1 to 6 units - $14.00
  • 7 to 12 units - $18.00
  • 13 to 25 units - $28.00
  • 26 to 50 units - $39.00
  • Larger orders will require a writen quote, so please contact us before you checkout to ensure there are no extrsa shipping charges
     

All international orders are sent via International Air. Delivery is approx 5-15 working days. No tracking details are provided with International Air but insurance is provided. Prices include GST. If you want Tracking please contact us before checking out and we can give you a quote. Shipping with tracking will vastly increase the rates. 

International Warranty
While any goods sent internationaly will be be replaced if damaged under warranty, any international shipping costs are to be paid by the customer infull before any replacement goods will be sent.

  • Goods marked for pick up are to be collected from:
    • 4 Aspen Court
    • Hamilton
  • Please call 07 848 1705 prior to arrange collection date/time
     

Returns Policy

  • If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number.
    E-mail us in the first instance outlining your problem. Include the following information: Invoice number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number. Also let us know whether your preference is replacement or refund.
     

Return Proceedure

  1. Please pack your return items carefully
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
  3. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed, which should be within 10 working days.
